i've been busy knitting hats in my "spare time." i know- there's no such thing as spare time. But I have found that I am a much nicer mom if I take even just a few minutes to knit a row or two each day. it's a convenient hobby if I stick to simple projects because i can take it along anytime i have to wait somewhere, do it during our read aloud times, and do it in the car.

I'm a knitting mom of 6. My 3 yr old has been known to say "When you're done with that row could you..." Love the colors of your hats! and cute kids too :-)
