Cookbooks

I am always on the lookout for cookbooks that inspire me with new ideas to feed my often picky family of seven. I recently purchased this one from Amazon and I am loving the variety in it. Having adopted from Korea and Ethiopia, the author included recipes from those countries. It's by Mary Ostyn, the author of the book I recommended a couple of weeks ago.

Last week at the library I found this treasure. Tonight I am making the third dish from it and so far it's a winner! I'll try to post my favorite recipes from it on my other blog later this week.
