It's almost like pie for breakfast

I've been meaning to take a picture of my new favorite breakfast, but a funny thing happens everytime I make it. I just can't seem to get away from it to find the camera before I have to devour it. So, imagine the layered yumminess of nonfat plain yogurt, Fiber One cereal (twigs as Pete lovingly calls them), and slightly warmed blueberries that I froze while fresh last summer. Try it. It's good for you and delicious too. After eating this I am much more satisfied than starting my day with a sugary muffin or just cereal.
Another thing I love to eat in the morning was inspired by "Breakfast Bowl" from the South Beach diet. I warm up some canned pinto beans, top them with an egg or two scrambled with a little onion and some red and yellow pepper chunks and I've got a protein and fiber packed breakfast. Sometimes I top it with some shredded romaine just to really gross out the kids. Don't mock it till you try it!

Sounds good! I can't wait to go berry picking this summer...I think we're going to have to buy a freezer for all the goodies I plan on stocking up on.

Have you guys ever had Chilaquiles? You would love them with eggs.
