What an interesting idea

Okay, so a good friend just told me about an interesting conversation she had with a neighbor. After she shared with this woman about how much fun she and her children had recently at a field day for homeschoolers and how neat it was to meet some new families since these weren't families in her usual circle, the woman said,

"It seems like you could all get together and start a school."

Hmmm...kind of misses the point of homeschooling, eh? I probably would have laughed out loud thinking the woman was joking and then turned three shades of red after realizing my mistake.
